It Feels Right...
2010
The work investigates our daily relationships with people, objects and spaces, which might otherwise be overlooked. Within this general theme, I explore concepts of intimacy, comfort, failure, futility, solitude and longing. My goal is to push the boundaries between personal thoughts and the public realm, to reveal and reflect on the sad and silly nature of the human condition. My research includes artists such as Tracey Emin, William Eggleston, Ed Templeton and Sadie Benning.
