I look for the expressive potential in simple gestures. In my work, I collect fragments of ideas, expressed in image, in video, in drawing, in text, in objects, in sound. I recombine these fragments to create a more complex fragment, often a site-specific installation work. I speak to or of the complexity, fragility, delicacy, and beauty of lived experience.
