The Fiber and Material Studies Department’s annual Mitchell Lectureship Series features outstanding artists and scholars in the field of fiber. In 2020-2021, we are proud to feature our part time faculty members, who are making significant contributions to fiber through their creative practices, scholarship, and pedagogy. Please join us for their public lectures on zoom. All presentations are free and open to the public. Each lecture will be followed by a Q&A and discussion. Made possible by the generous support of the William Bronson and Grayce Slovett Mitchell Lectureship in Fiber and Material Studies. For more information please contact Lisa Vinebaum, FMS Chair.

These events will be live captioned by CART. For additional access requests, including ASL interpretation or audio description, visit saic.edu/access.
